Website and Service Terms of Use · Last updated: October 25, 2026
Clear terms for using Conversia MX services.
These terms govern the use of conversiamx.com and the tools, workspaces, and services Conversia MX makes available. By browsing the site, requesting an account, or using a service, you accept the applicable terms. A signed proposal, service order, or agreement may add specific conditions and controls its scope, price, service level, and data processing.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to accept these terms and, if acting for a business, authority to bind it. Keep credentials confidential, use appropriate access controls, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity by people you authorize in your workspace.
2. Services and scope
Conversia MX configures and operates customer communication, conversation organization, follow-up, and integrations with compatible tools according to the agreed scope. Features, channels, volume, support, dates, and deliverables depend on the applicable proposal or order. A feature described on the website or in a demo is illustrative and is not part of your service unless expressly agreed.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and instructions, authorize connections to your accounts, phone numbers, and assets, and keep those permissions current.
- Remain responsible for your offers, pricing, availability, approved responses, business decisions, and human attention when judgment is needed.
- Provide privacy notices and obtain applicable consents or legal bases for your contacts; handle their data requests and collect only necessary information.
- Do not upload sensitive data or children’s data unless agreed in writing, with a valid legal basis and specific safeguards.
- Follow Meta, WhatsApp, Botpress, and connected third-party terms and policies, and laws applicable to communications, marketing, consumers, and your industry.
4. Automation and human review
Automated flows can produce incomplete responses or require review. Unless a signed scope states otherwise, the customer reviews content and configuration, maintains human oversight, and decides when a person should take over. Services are not legal, medical, or financial advice and do not guarantee sales, appointments, Meta approval, or any specific result.
5. Third-party accounts and availability
Operation may depend on internet access, Meta/WhatsApp, cloud providers, software, and third-party APIs. Those providers control their platforms and may change, limit, or suspend them. We will use reasonable efforts to provide the contracted scope but do not control or guarantee continuous third-party availability. We will notify you of material changes we learn about and work with you on alternatives within the agreed scope.
6. Fees, billing, and cancellation
Fees, taxes, currency, payment dates, renewal, and cancellation are those displayed in the proposal, order, or checkout before purchase. Any automatic renewal must be disclosed at checkout. Refunds and outstanding charges are governed by the accepted offer and applicable law. You may request cancellation through the channel stated in your agreement; accrued obligations and clearly accepted charges are not erased by cancellation.
7. Data and intellectual property
You retain your rights in data, materials, brands, and content you provide. You authorize Conversia MX to host, use, and process them only as needed to provide and secure the service. Conversia MX and its licensors retain rights in pre-existing tools, designs, generic templates, and know-how; you receive the use rights agreed in your contract. No ownership of third-party platforms or software transfers to you.
8. Acceptable use and suspension
Do not use the site or service to violate law or rights, send unauthorized communications, distribute malware, attempt to access another account, or interfere with systems. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, legal requirement, or material breach; where feasible, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to correct it.
9. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information and use it only for the service relationship. Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Notice and, for customer contact data, in applicable instructions and agreements. On termination, export, return, and deletion are handled under the contract and legal obligations.
10. Warranties and liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and in accordance with the contracted scope. Except as expressly agreed and to the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, future third-party compatibility, or a specific business outcome. Each party is responsible for its own acts and obligations. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights or limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Any valid monetary cap must be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.
11. Term and changes
These terms apply from publication. We may update them to reflect legal or service changes; the new version and date will be posted. Material changes affecting active contracts will be communicated under the agreement and applicable law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law and after adequate notice.
12. Governing law and contact
Mexican law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or rules that apply elsewhere. Disputes will be handled by the authorities and courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Questions about these terms: conversiaMEX@proton.me.
